Used the pierce-through screws to mount it to my bike rack and it hasn't budged through a week of rain. The backplate design is clever—the AirTag sits flush and protected, so I don't worry about it getting smashed.
I've had this on my dog's collar for two weeks now, through rain and her usual squirrel-chasing chaos, and the backplate design keeps the AirTag locked in place perfectly. The waterproofing is the real deal too—not a single glitch after a muddy puddle incident.
The pierce-through screws are what sold me, finally got it mounted securely to my motorcycle frame without any wobble. Waterproofing held up through a torrential rainstorm last week, and the backplate design makes it way more versatile than any case I've tried before.
