Pouches 001

The zipper pulls are big enough that I can open each pouch even with gloves on, which makes a huge difference when we're out in cold weather. My dog barely notices the extra weight, and everything from treats to the car key stays snug and silent on the harness.

I was skeptical about strapping anything extra to the harness, but these pouches stayed put through a full day of off-trail scrambling. The sidekick setup is genuinely balanced—didn’t shift once on my dog’s back, and she seemed to actually enjoy having a job carrying the water and treats.

Finally, my dog can carry her own treats and poop bags on trail days without me having to stuff my jacket pockets. After three weekend hikes, the stitching is holding up great and they don't bounce around when she trots. Best money I've spent on her gear in a while.
